We are at the beginning of something — a Dallas-based studio shaped around residential interiors, furniture design, and full-service turnkey projects. Our ambition is simple and uncompromising: to become the most thoughtful home-interior studio in Texas.
Because we're early, the people we hire today will set the tone for everything that follows — the kind of work we accept, the details we obsess over, the studio we walk into each morning.
Private homes, condominiums, ranches, and occasional boutique hospitality across Texas. We design, specify, and oversee build-out end-to-end, with furniture, lighting, and styling treated as one continuous object.
Small teams. Long conversations. Full-size mock-ups and physical samples over rushed renders. We draw by hand before we open the 3D software, and we visit every site, every week.
People with opinions about materials, patience for detail, and the humility to rework something three times to make it one percent better. Experience matters, but taste and temperament matter more.
Salaries benchmarked above the DFW market for your level. Performance review every six months — not a once-a-year afterthought.
Every project closed within budget and schedule triggers a team bonus. Good work is shared work.
A real studio on Main Street with a full material library, drafting tables, and a kitchen that actually gets used. Not a co-working cubicle.
Annual stipend for books, workshops, conferences (ICFF, HPMKT, Salone) and site visits — plus a yearly team design trip.
Medical, dental and vision from day one. 401(k) with match. Generous PTO. We keep the studio lights off by 7.
Senior roles have a clear path to profit share or equity as the studio grows. Founders are not the only ones who own the future.
We read every application ourselves. You'll hear back within seven days, even if the answer is no — that's a promise, not a policy.
Read the full job pack for the role you want. It lists responsibilities, expectations, and what to include in your application.
Message our Facebook page with your résumé, portfolio (PDF or link), and a short note telling us why this studio in particular.
If there's a fit, we'll invite you for a 60-minute conversation — no whiteboard interview, no stress test. Just work, taste and trajectory.
Spend half a day at 1000 Main St with us. Meet the team, walk through a live project, and decide together whether it's the right room.
"A home is the last thing people
should have to tolerate. Let's build the
studio that refuses to design one they do."
